Job SummaryWe are hiring Med Tech/CNA positions as Full‑time, Part‑time, or PRN roles within our Assisted Living Community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for medication administration, providing medical and physical care for senior adult residents, advocating for residents in the household, maintaining cleanliness, caring for personal laundry, and building supportive relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Medicate and administer daily medication to residents
- Provide medical and physical care for daily needs of senior adults
- Act as the resident’s closest advocate within the household
- Maintain a clean household and manage personal laundry
- Build relationships while celebrating residents’ lives
- Complete other duties as assigned by the care team
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour
Shift differentials:
- Weekday 2nd and 3rd shifts: +$1.00
- Weekend 1st shift: +$1.50
- Weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts: +$2.50

- The candidate must hold current CNA certification in North Carolina
- Ability to read, write, follow oral instructions, and report progress
- High School Graduate or GED preferred (not required)
- Previous nursing service or long‑term care experience preferred
- Understanding, patience, and tact in dealing with chronically ill residents
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills
- Teamwork and flexibility; ability to adapt easily
All new hires must obtain NC Med Aide for Adult Care Homes certification within 90 days of hire.
– Part Time – Every Other Weekend
