Position: Human Resources (HR) Recruiter
We are looking for a bilingual Human Resources Recruiter to support hiring and onboarding efforts for a contract position based in the Triad, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can balance candidate engagement, interview coordination, and employee support with strong attention to detail. The recruiter will play a key part in attracting talent, guiding new hires through the onboarding process, and helping employees understand available benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to managing offers and pre-employment steps.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies to identify talent with relevant experience.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate background for alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding tasks to create a smooth and organized start for new employees.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and new hires in both languages to support an inclusive hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide guidance on benefits information and respond to employee questions during the hiring and onboarding process.
