Build strategic vision for client implementations, leading a cross‑functional operations team and delivering exceptional service at GXO Logistics.

• Implement a customer‑first approach, demonstrating value through operations and account management.
• Lead implementation strategy, establishing objectives, KPIs, and metrics to gauge health of programs.
• Build implementation playbooks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of client go‑lives.
• Drive large, complex, highly integrated programs from start‑up through hyper‑care.
• Collaborate with Account Management to define customer life cycles, escalation processes, and touchpoints.
• Measure, report, and analyze effectiveness of customer implementations.
• Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems leveraging internal and external resources.
• Serve as trusted advisor to team, customers, operations, and commercial units.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop implementation and site team members, fostering collaboration and learning.
• Establish a respected, collaborative culture with peers, functions, customers, and partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience.
• 12 years of relevant operations, implementation, and/or customer success experience.
• Experience implementing 3PL solutions across multiple industries.
• Proven experience managing large organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Enterprise and/or commercial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team of project management and implementation leaders.

• MBA.
• Proven track record leading complex client implementations.
• Knowledge of advanced technologies and business processes within the 3PL industry.
