First Call Group seeks an Integration Project Manager to lead the year 1 transition for new acquisitions, collaborating with acquired leadership, the Regional VP, and the Head of Integration. You will design the playbook, drive back-office/process integration, and ensure smooth cultural alignment across the network.
In this role you’ll own end-to-end integration activities through day 100 and beyond, travel to sites nationwide, and report to the Head of Integration.
