Position Overview This position is responsible for directing the flow of product and managing the processes within the assigned area. Draw up master work flow plans to establish processing sequence to ensure embroidered and non-embroidered orders meet the lead times and start ship dates according to sales forecast and customer demands. Accountable for unifying order components to ensure all orders are processed in a timely, accurately, and in a cost-effective manner.

The position must head-off capacity and staffing constraints that may hinder the team from successfully meeting its objectives by continuously monitoring work-flow progression; to ensure the group is on track to meet daily schedule demands.

This position collaborates with the following components:
External Customers, Venders, Account Services, Pick Pack, Wave Planning, Inbound, Shipping, and Transportation

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide primary strategic coordination between Account Services and Operations, ensuring the timely flow of goods with specific regards to customer requirements in relation to operational capacity.
• Plan, forecast, and request appropriate staffing, overtime, and other resources to meet area objectives consistent with financial guidelines and service level expectations.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive waving strategy based off of customer requirements and capacity
• Manage the overall control and movement of product/merchandise in and out of their area.
• Establish workload priorities and provide a clear sense of direction for the team.
• Manage and monitor special runs through upstream order management and education
• Develop and maintain reporting as assigned pertaining to area objectives and performance.
• Manage daily department procedures and reporting to maximize productivity.
• Interact with all business channels and vendors to provide external and internal customer service to all parties.
• Develop and maintain active relationships with third party vendors; and managing onsite processes to ensure adherence to RL expectations for quality and service levels.
• Responsible for daily and long-term process improvement
• Responsible for area safety results: ensuring consistent training, evaluating safety issues and implementing improvements as identified.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and product and facility damage.
• Actively work with other departments to provide staffing and resources where needed to best meet company objectives / service level expectations.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the organization’s standards, policies, and procedures.
