* Schedule:

** 6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary
** Responsibilities:
*** Operate a lull and forklift to safely and efficiently transport materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing facility.
* Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, racks, or shelves, ensuring proper placement and securing of loads to prevent damage or accidents.
* Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and conducting pre-operational checks on the lull/forklift.
* Inspect lull/forklift and related equipment for any defects or malfunctions before each use and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate activities, communicate any issues or concerns, and ensure timely delivery of materials to designated areas.
* Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge related to lull/forklift operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
** Education Requirements/

Qualifications:

*** Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required
* Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience operating forklifts with a 10,000lb+ lifting capacity, specifically for long and heavy steel products.
* Valid forklift operator certification or license.
* Proven experience as a forklift driver in a manufacturing or construction environment.
* Strong understanding of forklift operation and safety procedures.
* Ability to operate a lull/forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in load handling and placement.

* Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time
