Job description
PFL Services is looking MIG Welders. We have 2nd shift position open.
Responsibilities:- Expected to take initiative & be proactive.
- Able to read & understand shop orders, production schedules & follow written or verbal instructions.
- MIG Welding
- Meet & exceed the expectations (safety, quality, & productivity).
- Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware.
- Able to read blue prints, to identify fixtures needed, to identify good/bad welds, to be cross trained in all areas.
- Build ahead items based on weekly schedule to support logistic operations.
- Do touch ups as needed form outcome coming out its cell/paint line, outcome material, raw materials at work cell.
- All other duties as required.
- Ear protection and safety glasses are required.
- Steel toe shoes are required.
