Machine Operator Day Shift

Olsten Staffing is currently seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators for a growing facility in Laurinburg, NC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast‑paced production environment.

Monday
- Friday: 6:30am-5:30pm
Saturday: 6:30am-5:30pm
Overtime may be required.

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
• Monitor equipment to ensure machines are producing high-quality products
• Ensure production runs efficiently and at full capacity
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
• Follow Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Report equipment issues or concerns to the work leader or supervisor
• Follow all EWPI safety rules and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Excellent attendance and reliability required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read machine and electrical layouts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work overtime as needed

$16.00 per hour
