--Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing company! The experienced Machine Operator will set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality, performing routine maintenance, interpreting work orders, maintaining production records, and meeting production goals while minimizing waste. This role also involves coordinating and assisting in training crew members and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

-Requirements:

• -Must have 2+ years experience in corrugated packaging environment working on folder-gluer machines.
• -Must have independently set up and changed over the machines.
• -Must have experience with troubleshooting machine jams, misfeeds, glue issues, folding defects, etc.
• -Must have experience with quality checks.
