Pay Range
$97.75 - $156.40

CME Reimbursement: Receive up to $2,500 and up to 5 additional PTO days/year for Continuing Medical Education.

SRNA Education Assistance: Monthly educational assistance payments up to $12,000 for Student Anesthetists in their final year of school, given eligibility requirements.

The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization with departmental specific credentialing from the institution.
Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program;
Master’s Degree or higher required.Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina and current certification to practice as a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board.
Current CPR Certification – ACLS, BLS.
Ability to demonstrate clinical competency within the scope of granted privileges.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse clinical teams.

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) that provides anesthesia, analgesia, and pain management services across the patient lifespan in various settings. The CRNA works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality, cost-effective, and evidence-based care, within the scope of practice as defined by state law, licensing, regulations, and institutional policy.
