RN, Elective Joint Replacement Unit at High Point Medical Center (Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist). Part-time position (24 hours/week), nights 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., every 3rd weekend rotation. Benefits eligible.

• Graduation from accredited School of Nursing
• Registered Nurse licensure from the North Carolina Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required

• Patient/Family Centered Care:
  Deliver nursing care using the nursing process, assess needs, develop diagnoses, plan interventions, and coordinate care per WFBH policies.
• Discharge Planning & Referrals:
  Participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning and referrals to hospital/community resources as needed.
• Safe and Healing Environment:
  Maintain patient privacy and a respectful, professional environment; utilize technology and equipment to enhance safety.
• Communication:
  Communicate effectively with the care team; contribute to professional practice model and governance initiatives.

  Act as a patient advocate throughout the continuum of care.
