Schedule Details/Additional Information 7pm-7am with weekend rotation

Pay Range $34.90 - $52.35

Position Highlights
  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements

    Intermediate Care - 4 bed intermediate care unit; telemetry monitoring and IV medications; unit staffed with 1 RN and 1 Nurse Tech
  • Location:

  • Certification Encouraged:
    We cover the costs of 183 different nursing certifications from the ANCC
  • Clinical Nurse Credentialing Pathway (CNCP) Eligible
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of RN experience
  • Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) where providing care
Responsibilities
  • Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives; apply evidence-based practices
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process; engage patients and families from admission to discharge
  • Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, collaborate with the care team, and promote patient outcomes
  • Uphold a culture of safety; maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation
  • Administer medications and therapies per protocols; ensure safe and ethical care
  • Communicate effectively; resolve conflicts; delegate appropriately
  • Pursue professional development and maintain certifications
  • Adhere to ethical standards and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • May float to other units within the service area as needed
  • Provide age-appropriate care; apply department policies and procedures
