Pay Range $34.90 - $52.35
Position Highlights- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements

Intermediate Care - 4 bed intermediate care unit; telemetry monitoring and IV medications; unit staffed with 1 RN and 1 Nurse Tech - Location:
High Point Medical Center - Certification Encouraged:
We cover the costs of 183 different nursing certifications from the ANCC - Clinical Nurse Credentialing Pathway (CNCP) Eligible
- Minimum one year of RN experience
- Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) where providing care
- Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives; apply evidence-based practices
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process; engage patients and families from admission to discharge
- Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, collaborate with the care team, and promote patient outcomes
- Uphold a culture of safety; maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation
- Administer medications and therapies per protocols; ensure safe and ethical care
- Communicate effectively; resolve conflicts; delegate appropriately
- Pursue professional development and maintain certifications
- Adhere to ethical standards and interdisciplinary collaboration
- May float to other units within the service area as needed
- Provide age-appropriate care; apply department policies and procedures
