Schedule Details:
- 7 pm–7 am or 7 am–7 pm
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
Pay Range: $34.90 – $52.35
Sign‑on Bonus: Eligible for $15,000 sign‑on bonus (subject to eligibility)
Where You Will Work:
• The 6 South Neuro‑Telemetry Unit at High Point Medical Center, a 36‑bed Progressive Care/Step‑Down unit caring for adult patients with higher‑acuity medical needs.
• Specializes in neurological conditions (ischemic/hemorrhagic strokes, seizures) and complex chronic disease management requiring close cardiac or respiratory monitoring.
• Staffed by a collaborative team of RNs, LPNs, and NAs to provide high‑quality care.
- Less than 1 year of RN experience
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and skilled communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
