Charge Nurse (RN or LPN)

Positions available: PRN, Part-time, and Full-time on the 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.).

• Perform duties within the scope of practice as defined by the North Carolina Nursing Practice Act.
• Conduct patient assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting on patient plans of care within skilled nursing or short‑term stay households.
• Promote and model person‑directed care within the mission and values of the organization.
• Support a supportive, compassionate community of older adults who strive for extraordinary living.

• LPNs: $26 – $30 per hour
• RNs: $30 – $35 per hour

• $2.00 for Weekday 2nd and 3rd shifts
• $3.50 for Weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts
