Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current North Carolina RN license, and experience in a cardiac cath lab or similar setting.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is often preferred. Recommended skills include proficiency in procedure room roles, strong communication, and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
