? As a Leasing Specialist
, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key player in resident satisfaction and retention
. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love customer service and community engagement

Leasing Activities

• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and close leases
• Process rental applications, secure deposits, and ensure Fair Housing compliance
• Coordinate apartment readiness and move-ins

Resident Retention

• Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction
  
  Assist with resident appreciation and retention events

• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Leasing experience in multifamily housing preferred
• Affordable housing experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends as needed)
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, email
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with Yardi or Real Page property management software preferred

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts;
Saturdays as needed
