Responsibilities
  • Oversee profit and loss by following cash control.
  • Maintain inventory, schedule labor, review financials, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Recruit, train and develop outstanding team members.
  • Conduct performance appraisals.
  • Manage McDonald’s brand standards alongside company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Management experience, at minimum – 3 years management running high‑volume locations;
    McDonald’s preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling around the needs of the restaurant. We operate restaurants 363 days a year.
  • A valid driver’s license, must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
  • All applicants will be subject to a background check.
