Job Description

Pennybyrn has opportunities for Servers to join our innovative, inclusive, and compassionate life-enriching community! This position has a regular part-time schedule of 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and/or 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, including weekends. There is an additional shift differential of $1.00 per hour on weekends.

Server team members will deliver superior service to the Cafe (casual dining) within our Independent Living community. Responsibilities include greeting and escorting residents and guests, providing knowledge of the high-quality food menu, taking orders, delivering food, bussing tables, and caring for the customer's needs.
Ideal candidates have an exemplary personality with a ready smile and a willing heart to make each dining experience exceptional! We are willing to train those who meet this criteria.

Candidates must enjoy working with the senior population, be dependable and trustworthy, caring and courteous, and strive for excellence in their work performance every day. This position is paid on an hourly basis and does not accept tipping.
