Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook nutritious meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times

Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate resident preferences and special diets

Assist in meal service and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas

Requirements:

Previous cooking experience in a healthcare or institutional setting preferred

Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines

Strong teamwork and communication skills
