• Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store.
  
  Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.
• As a General Merchandise Expert, typical day includes: greeting guests, assisting guests, processing daily tasks (receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, putting up promotional signs), operate power equipment if certified, perform pricing changes, inventory accuracy, learn operational procedures, be knowledgeable about resources, products and services, demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance, work safely, support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes, and comply with applicable laws.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) with reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout)
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
