Domino’s Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers to lead the team and ensure every shift runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, decisive, mathematically adept, and able to multitask. In this role you will oversee operations, staff, inventory, cash, and customer service while consistently modeling our high standards of conduct and performance.

• Manage all aspects of store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from staff.
• Perform staffing duties, manage paperwork, maintain cost and cash controls, and monitor food quality and safety.
• Adhere to scheduling demands and maintain a perfect store image that meets company standards.
• Handle marketing initiatives, drive profitability, ensure proper store cleanliness, and conduct team training.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

• Operate all store equipment safely and effectively.
• Stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and manage inventory paperwork.
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and facilities.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills; give correct written instructions and converse verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide money; provide correct change.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Cooperate in a high‑speed environment, coordinating eye‑hand movements and maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Basic math and verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.

• Stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and climb as described in daily duties; move up to 50 pounds and lift items up to 72" high.
• Work in varying temperatures (36‑90°F) and handle hot surfaces (up to 500°F).
• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and turning to maintain proper food preparation and customer service.
• Drive to deliver pizzas, requiring a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and an insured vehicle.
