You will conduct routine patrols around the premises, remain highly visible, and interact with staff and guests to deliver outstanding customer service. • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, including the perimeter and interior areas as required by site protocols.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
• Assist with maintaining order during shift changes, deliveries, or other high‑traffic periods at the location.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff by providing accurate documentation and incident reports as required.
• Maintain familiarity with site-specific procedures and protocols to help support overall site security-related objectives.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
