They are a leading HVAC construction firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects, delivering high-quality installation, service, and start-up of complex HVAC systems.
Position OverviewThey are seeking a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Field Service Leader with 10+ years of experience to lead service operations, perform advanced diagnostics, oversee system start-ups, and mentor junior technicians. This role works across a wide range of HVAC equipment and advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor field technicians.
- Perform start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
- Service equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, VRF, package units, split systems, and mini-splits.
- Work with advanced systems such as hydronic systems, hot gas reheat, and desiccant dehumidification.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and client consultations.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure quality service delivery.
- 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
- Expertise in diagnostics, commissioning, and complex HVAC systems.
- Strong client communication skills.
- HVAC certifications (EPA, OSHA) preferred.
