Lead HVAC Technician - High Point, NC
This role works in the service department of a growing commercial HVAC company. You will respond to scheduled and emergency service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems at the company’s clients’ facilities. This position involves local travel using a company vehicle with no expected overnight travel. It is a full‑time, direct‑hire role offering full benefits and a healthy work‑life balance.
Job Requirements- 7+ years of experience servicing/troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems
- Basic level of Building Controls knowledge
- Active Universal EPA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
