Are you a skilled Bilingual Maintenance Technician looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a great team? We are seeking an experienced Spanish/English-speaking Maintenance Technician to join a residential community in Charlotte, NC.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, solving maintenance issues, and taking pride in keeping a community running smoothly.
Spanish/English Bilingual Skills and EPA Universal Certification are required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Perform apartment turns (make-readies) for new residents
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Complete general maintenance tasks including drywall, painting, carpentry, and minor repairs
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required)
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- 1+ years of apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, or related experience
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
