Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking CDL-A team drivers to haul freight with a partner and be home every other week. The plan pays up to $0.77 per mile per team, with a $16,000 sign-on bonus per team (split $8,000 per driver).
Weekly mileage targets are set, with additional incentives for clean DOT inspections. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and optional life/STD/LTD, plus a 401(k) plan after 180 days of active service.
