This role supports the monthly accounting process, including posting journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany alignment, while ensuring accurate reporting into the group systems. It also contributes to FP&A by supporting revenue and margin reporting and delivering data-led insights for operational projects. Additional responsibilities include audit support, maintaining the Business Central system, and daily cash posting.

• Support revenue / cost of sale accounting entries
• Align intercompany positions with wider group entities
• Month-end Opex journal entries, accruals & prepayments
• Balance sheet reconciliation and review
• Monthly load of group reporting tool (Onestream) - inc. detailed supporting schedules

• Support Revenue/Margin reporting & transformation initiatives
• Maintain CAPEX Tracker & work alongside operational project owners
• Provide data-driven analysis to operational owners supporting strategic projects

• Audit & Statutory support
• Daily cash posting
• Business Central Maintenance & Support

• Understanding of accounting principles and core control mechanisms
• Ability to support commercial analysis, including contract reviews and profitability insights.
• Solid Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, modelling).
• Experience with ERP systems;
  Business Central experience preferred.
• Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills, able to follow direction and interact with operational counterparts.

• Exposure to intercompany or multi-entity accounting.
• Audit or statutory account preparation support experience.
• Experience with financial process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or willingness to grow
