We are working with a well‑established organisation seeking an Audit and Accounts Senior to join a growing team in High Wycombe. This opportunity sits within the accountancy sector and offers the chance to work with a broad client portfolio while developing your technical and client‑facing expertise.

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 plus benefits, depending on experience.

• Supporting and delivering audit assignments across a varied client base
• Preparing statutory accounts and financial statements
• Working with businesses across different sizes and sectors
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
• Assisting with compliance work and maintaining high technical standards
• Working closely with senior team members on assignments and projects
• Supporting junior colleagues where appropriate

• ACCA / ACA qualified
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience within an accountancy practice environment
• Strong experience across both audit and accounts preparation
• Working knowledge of UK accounting standards and compliance requirements
• Experience managing or supporting a varied client portfolio
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client‑facing situations
• Organised and proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence – car is essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
