What you'll be doing You'll take ownership of your own client portfolio, becoming a trusted adviser rather than simply completing compliance work.

Your role will include:
Managing a varied portfolio of clients and being their first point of contact Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and tax returns Providing proactive accounting, tax and business advice Supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning Building long-term client relationships and helping businesses grow Reviewing work and mentoring junior members of the team Supporting advisory projects and business development initiatives Driving improvements through technology and smarter ways of working What we're looking for You'll already have experience within an accountancy practice and enjoy working closely with clients.

Ideally you'll have: ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (or be qualified by experience) Experience managing your own client portfolio Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience reviewing work and supporting junior colleagues A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for delivering great client service Why make the move?
