Purchase Ledger Clerk

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Retail Company in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for 2 months. Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist them for 2 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
Process and accurately record purchase and supplier invoices. Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation where required. Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies. Prepare and process supplier payment runs in line with agreed payment schedules. Review and process employee expense claims, ensuring they comply with company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. Resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation queries with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Assist with month-end finance activities and reporting as required. Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide general administrative support to the finance team when required. Profile:
The successful interim Purchase Ledger Clerk will have 3 years experience. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
