Full Time, Monday to Friday 40 hours An established and growing business based in Brigg is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its finance team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to secure a long-term position within a supportive and friendly working environment. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger function and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Matching, batching and coding invoices Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies Preparing payment runs Handling supplier queries via telephone and email Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records Assisting with month-end processes where required Supporting the wider finance team with general administrative duties To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable position Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and colleagues Ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel

Experience of working with finance/accounting systems would be advantageous What's on Offer?
