Accounts Payable Assistant

Position: Immediate Start Accounts Payable Assistant
My client is an established organisation and they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be solely responsible for the Accounts Payable function and you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, dealing with queries, performing supplier statement reconciliations, and preparing for payment runs.

Skills required:

At least 12 months experience in an Accounts Payable role Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build long lasting relationships with suppliers Be a car driver due to location Have a strong command of MS Excel In return you will:
