Our client based in High Wycombe is looking to recruit a Call Handler for a temporary, ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a great telephone manner and a can‑do attitude with previous office experience.

The hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00.

Key Duties Include
  • Processing orders and liaising with customers to arrange delivery of supplies
  • Making reminder calls to customers
  • Dealing with incoming calls and queries appropriately
  • Processing Orders
  • General administration tasks
Skills / Experience Required
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Previous customer service or administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Methodical
  • Reliable
