About the Role
As the Sales Administrator, you’ll provide critical administrative support to ensure timely and accurate project handover, pre‑contract documentation, tender preparation, sales support, and customer communications. You’ll be the go‑to person for managing inbound sales enquiries, coordinating key tasks, organising documentation, and supporting the CRM and reporting functions across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Sales team with day‑to‑day coordination and admin
- Manage inbound enquiries, client records, documentation, CRM entries and NAV accuracy
- Assist with tender submissions, returnable schedules, contract documents, variations and addendas
- Prepare lead generation reports and contribute to monthly departmental reporting
- Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, approvals and maintain organised job folders and bid library
- Support sales meetings, marketing initiatives and client communications with high‑quality document formatting
You’re a highly organised and methodical administrator who loves structure, accuracy, and supporting a smooth‑running team. You take pride in producing polished documents, managing competing deadlines, and keeping detailed records. Your communication skills allow you to confidently liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
To Be Successful, You’ll Bring- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
- A high level of attention to detail, supported by strong analytical and reporting capability
- Advanced skills in document formatting, editing and quality assurance
- Excellent time management with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision (desirable) or other CRM Systems
- Industry experience in Building & Construction or a related field (highly regarded)
