About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Support Officer to join our High Wycombe team. This is a hands‑on role that combines administration, customer support, and general office coordination within a busy workshop environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our workshop and operations teams to ensure jobs are processed efficiently and customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking jobs into our management system.
  • Printing delivery dockets and documentation for completed work.
  • Updating and maintaining job schedules within MYOB.
  • Printing labels and stickers for workshop requirements.
  • Receiving incoming orders and checking deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Assisting with stock put‑away and inventory organisation.
  • Ordering office consumables and maintaining office supplies.
  • General administrative support to workshop and management teams.
  • Filing, data entry, and document management.
About You
  • Previous administration or office support experience.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with MYOB (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business.
  • Current Australian working rights.
