We’re looking for an experienced and organised Contract Administrator to join our growing WA team supporting the delivery of modular construction projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, managing details, and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract administration including progress claims, variations, payment schedules, and subcontract documentation.
  • Coordinate project start‑up requirements such as insurances, permits, approvals, and project bank accounts.
  • Prepare invoicing and progress claims in line with contract and bank account requirements.
  • Compile handover documentation and assist with project close‑out.
  • Maintain accurate project records, registers, and reporting.
  • Support Project and Construction Managers with timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute documentation.
  • Assist with cost control, forecasting, and budget alignment.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and WHSEQ requirements.
About you
  • 3+ years’ experience in contract or project administration (construction or manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of AS4300, project bank accounts, and training plans.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Solid administrative and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
    Navision experience is a bonus.
  • A commitment to delivering quality customer service.
  • Relevant qualifications (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Administration) are desirable but not essential.
