Junior Administrative Assistant
Hours of Work: Full-Time – 40 Hours over five days
Salary: Depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our busy Head Office team in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or further develop their career within a fast‑paced business environment.
The role offers a varied mix of administration, customer support, and operational tasks, making it ideal for someone organised, motivated, and eager to learn.
Job / Role Specification- Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Processing new customer orders and supporting amendments to existing services.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer and order records.
- Assisting with data entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
- Supporting colleagues across multiple departments with day‑to‑day operational activities.
- Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring enquiries are directed appropriately.
- Helping to coordinate customer requests and internal communications.
- Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and company records.
- Providing a high standard of customer service and administrative support at all times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise workloads.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
- A-C grade GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential).
- Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous office or customer service experience beneficial but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
