Operations Assistant Mosaic Surgical (Sister company of June Medical)
The MOSAIC SURGICAL Operations Assistant Role is a varied position offering support to the Quality, Regulatory, and operational teams.
MOSAIC Surgical is the sister company of JUNE Medical
Key responsibilities- Customer Service– liaising with customers, processing customer orders, invoicing customers
- Logging supplier invoices into electronic accounting system
- Stock management, including stock takes, Stock tracking, and incoming inspection
- Support the Quality and Regulatory Managers with administrative work
- Conducting research and compiling data upon request.
Monday to Friday
9.30- 2.30 (exact timing is negotiable)
This role is office-based on-site with NO Hybrid working.
