HR and Business Support Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our client, a successful and growing organisation based in High Wycombe.

This is a varied and busy role supporting the smooth running of the People function and wider business operations. You'll be involved in everything from onboarding new employees and maintaining records to coordinating recruitment activities, supporting workforce planning and providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support and is confident building positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

No two days will be the same, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, PA, Office Manager or someone with exposure to HR administration who is looking for a broader and more varied support role.

This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times.
