Customer Service Advisor

Our client, based on the outskirts of Chelmsford, are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and welcoming team beginning immediately until the end of December 2026. The days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, working 8 hours per day between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Pay rate is £12.71 per hour, weekly pay. Please note, due to the location of the site, you must be a driver as it is not accessible by public transport.

Your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator will include:
Responding to incoming customer calls and email enquiries Accurately updating databases, records and Excel spreadsheets Preparing and drafting customer correspondence and letters Monitoring and following up on ticket responses Preparing and maintaining relevant documentation and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks To be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position, you will need:
Previous experience within an office based customer service or administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems A proactive and positive approach with the ability to work well as part of a team A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the location Huntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
