About the role

As a Heal's DRS Operations Assistant, you will play an important role in helping to elevate the service we provide to our customers. You will support improvements in first-time delivery success rates, stock flow and administrative accuracy, while helping to ensure the smooth running of inbound and outbound deliveries.

Working closely with the Heal's and DRS teams, you will provide say-to day operational and administrative support to help maintain an efficient and customer-focused service.
