Up to £38,000 Basic Salary Depending on Experience | OTE £45,000

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring vehicles are completed to manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work efficiently
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work required
- Carrying out manufacturer warranty repairs and routine servicing
- Road testing vehicles where required
- Completing all workshop documentation accurately
- Working towards productivity and efficiency targets
- Working collaboratively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) is essential
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Car Mechanic / Motor Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Main dealer experience advantageous but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to develop
