The Role
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll play a vital role in the repair process by accurately assessing vehicle damage, producing repair estimates and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

· Inspecting damaged vehicles and preparing accurate repair estimates.

· Identifying repair methods in line with manufacturer guidelines.

· Liaising with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

· Communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

· Managing supplementary estimates where additional repairs are identified.

· Monitoring repair progress to ensure agreed timescales are achieved.

· Maintaining accurate documentation and estimating records.

· Delivering outstanding customer service from estimate through to vehicle handover.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator / VDA with excellent technical knowledge and strong customer service skills.

You'll ideally have:

· Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.

· Hold an ATA / IMI accreditation in Vehicle Damage Assessment and proficient in estimating systems such as Audatex / GT Global.

· Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods and estimating procedures.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple repairs simultaneously.

· High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

· A full UK driving licence.
