We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join a reputable automotive bodyshop in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Our client, a well-regarded bodyshop, offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience.

• Salary up to £32,000, dependent on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (42.5-hour week)
• Rarely required Saturdays
• Well-established bodyshop environment
• Full training and ongoing support provided

• Completing all relevant paperwork for vehicle repair orders accurately
• Maintaining an up-to-date and organised database as a Bodyshop Advisor
• Communicating effectively with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner
• Managing credit control and keeping track of invoices and outstanding debts
• Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and administrative organisation
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

• Proven track record working in a customer-facing role within a bodyshop or automotive environment
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and customer service best practices
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required
• Automotive experience in a customer service role is essential
