Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for our client, an independent prestige specialist in High Wycombe. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable, award-winning garage known for delivering exceptional service within a supportive, close-knit environment.

Our client offers a competitive salary up to £40,000, negotiable based on experience, along with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8.15am to 5.30pm, with no weekends required. Overtime opportunities are available to maximise earning potential. The successful Vehicle Technician will be joining an established team that values professionalism, teamwork, and ongoing development.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Conducting vehicle servicing and checks efficiently
• Performing diagnostics to identify issues accurately
• Carrying out repairs on luxury and prestige vehicles
• Undertaking vehicle road tests to assess and confirm roadworthiness
• Ensuring all work is completed following company guidelines and industry standards
• Providing technical advice and support to colleagues
• Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality in all work undertaken

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT license would be advantageous; training can be provided if necessary
• Confident in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues
• Experience with prestige or luxury vehicle brands is beneficial
• Proactive team player willing to support colleagues
• Ability to work independently and to technical procedures accurately
