• Managing day-to-day relationships with partners and customers, acting as their go-to contact
• Coordinating the setup and ongoing management of salary sacrifice car schemes
• Processing orders, payments and scheme changes accurately and on time
• Working with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to keep everything aligned

• Experience in account management, customer operations or a similar client‑facing role
• Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders and explaining processes clearly
• Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership
• A practical, proactive approach to solving issues before they escalated
