Responsibilities

As part of a small, dedicated team you will manage and coordinate monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of all planned work. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance and adherence to established procedures.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the finance team, reviewing subcontractor invoices against purchase orders and completed works, and reconciling them.

Qualifications

Experience in the Facilities Management or HVAC industry is advantageous. Familiarity with job management tools such as Joblogic, or any other CAFM system, would be useful.
