The Payroll Coordinator at Metropolitan School of Panama is responsible for the accurate, timely payroll administration in line with Panamanian labor regulations and Nord Anglia Education policies. You will coordinate payroll data, ensure statutory filings, and protect confidentiality while supporting the school’s operational and financial objectives.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will work with Finance to complete reconciliations, manage payroll reporting, and respond to employee inquiries.
