The role of an Activity Instructor is to ensure the welfare and safety of the children on camp and to deliver outstanding, structured activities. You will deliver a range of structured activities including sports, arts and crafts, and games for children aged 6‑14 years with an emphasis on participation, care and development. In return, we provide training and support, and the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge of working in a childcare setting.

As well as leading sessions, staff contribute to the high standard of physical, emotional and social care offered by Ultimate Activity Camps. Activity Instructors have a pastoral role as the leader of a group of children on camp, with a focus on maintaining welfare and providing high quality care.
