A leading construction company in High Wycombe is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of customer and subcontractor contracts from initial order to final account. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Commercial Lead, a good understanding of contract law, and knowledge of the Building and Civil Engineering industry. Responsibilities include liaising with estimators, pricing materials, managing budgets, and ensuring HSE compliance.
Driving license required for site visits within a 50-mile radius.
